Two engines power HHR models: a 2.2-liter four-cylinder, or a 2.4-liter four-cylinder, generating 172 horsepower. The motors mate to a five-speed manual, or a four-speed automatic transmission.
The basic four-door HHR is offered in three trim levels: LS; 1LT; and 2LT. The panel version of the HHR offers the same trims.
